E-Book
Because the E-Book is a digital product delivered instantly, all E-Book sales are final once the download has been sent. All questions about downloading, opening or reading your E-Book, expired links, devices or reading apps are handled by BookFunnel, not by this store. Please contact BookFunnel support at help@bookfunnel.com.
Limited Special Edition
Each Limited Special Edition is signed by the author and part of an edition capped at 1,007 copies, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your copy arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery ⚠ with your order number and photos of the book and packaging, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Lost packages
Limited Special Edition orders ship with insurance. If your package does not arrive, you are responsible for contacting the carrier to open a claim; we are happy to share your tracking and insurance details to help. Unexpected shipping disruptions may affect delivery, so receipt cannot be guaranteed.
Paperback and Hardcover
Paperback and Hardcover copies are sold and fulfilled by third-party partners such as Amazon or IngramSpark, and that partner's return policy applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was ours. ⚠
